How do I know if my business is ready to franchise? +
It needs to be consistently profitable at a single location and documented well enough that someone else could run it to the same standard. Our readiness assessment looks at exactly that and tells you honestly where you stand.
Is franchising the only way to grow? +
No, and we will say so if another route fits better, such as company owned locations, licensing, or partnerships. The decision should follow the economics, not the other way around.
Do you prepare the legal franchise documents? +
We focus on the strategy, the model, and the economics. The formal franchise agreement and disclosure documents should be drawn up by a franchise lawyer, and we are happy to work alongside one.
Will the numbers work for franchisees too? +
